Universities must convince governments and development agencies that higher education is not a luxury but an essential part of the education ecosystem needed to achieve the United Nations Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs) by 2030, according to three international networks representing more than 2,000 institutions.

On 16th November 2023, Muhabura Integrated Polytechnic College(MIPC)’s board of directors convened a meeting, Chaired by Dr. Mugisha Mugiraneza Samuel, Bishop of Shyira Diocese, Legal Representative and Chancellor of MIPC.
Before the meeting, they had a tour of the College’s facilities:
ICT workshop, Electrical workshop, Kitchen workshop, Library, Tourism workshop, Soil and concrete laboratory,
