Applicants seeking admission to Advanced Level programmes at Muhabura Integrated Polytechnic College (MIPC) must meet the following requirements:
- Academic Qualification
Applicants who completed Senior Six before 2024 must have passed the Rwanda National Secondary School Examinations with at least two principal passes in the relevant major subjects.
Applicants who completed Senior Six from 2024 onwards must have obtained a minimum overall score of 50% in the Rwanda National Secondary School Examinations.
Applicants who completed their secondary education outside Rwanda must present an equivalence certificate issued by the Higher Education Council (HEC).

A photocopy of a National Identity Card (for Rwandan applicants) or a valid passport (for international applicants).- Passport Photographs
