VISIT OF YWCA, HEC, RTB & MUSANZE DISTRICT TO MIPC
Musanze Integrated Polytechnic College (MIPC) had the honor of receiving a delegation from YWCA, HEC, RTB, and Musanze District during an official monitoring and evaluation visit aimed at assessing the progress and ongoing academic activities of students sponsored by YWCA.
The purpose of the visit was to review the overall academic journey of the beneficiaries, monitor the implementation of the sponsorship program, and evaluate how the supported students are progressing in their studies and practical training. The delegation was also interested in understanding the learning environment, institutional support systems, and the effectiveness of the academic programs being delivered at MIPC.

During the visit, the team was taken through different departments and academic sections of the college, where they observed classroom sessions, workshops, laboratories and interacted with both students and staff members sharing the positive experiences. Special attention was given to the students sponsored under the YWCA program, with discussions focusing on their attendance, academic performance, discipline, participation in practical work, and general welfare.
The visiting team appreciated the efforts made by MIPC in providing quality education, skills-based training, and a supportive learning environment that empowers students to achieve both academic excellence and career readiness. They also commended the collaboration between the institution and its development partners in ensuring that sponsored students receive the guidance and opportunities needed for their personal and professional growth.
